Full
payment is required at the time of reservation for all
"Promotional Rate" and "Solitudedirect Disount Rates", and
payment will become forfeited if canceled after 72 hours of
booking. The payment is to be paid by Check, CC, or may be
Wired directly. If payment is mailed overnight, courier
with Fedex is recommended to track the payment. "Resort
Rate" reservations require a 50% deposit upon reservation,
the remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days prior to
arrival. Reservations canceled 30 or fewer days prior to
arrival MAY only receive a credit less 20% for a future
stay within the remaining respective ski or summer season,
ONLY if their held reservation can be rented within this
constrained time period to another party. If not re-rented,
NO CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED. If rented at a lower rate to
induce a last minute rental, the credit value WILL be
substantially reduced accordingly to Solitudedirects
discretion and efforts to re-sell the original reservation
dates. Absolutely NO refunds will be given as all advance
lodging sales are considered final. Snow conditions are
never guaranteed. Advance reservations require risk.
Solitudedirect reserves the right to cancel any reservation
at any time. If Solitudedirect does cancel a reservation,
the entire balance will be refunded by Solitudedirect.
Solitudedirect will not be responsible for any
consequential damages but will make its best effort to
procure a similar unit. We recommend Travel Insurance which
is available on the internet from many independent
sources and is highly recommended for your protection.

Insurance service. All rates and policies are subject to
change without notice. Holiday periods requires a 5
night minimum stay. 1 nights stays are rarely available
and are subject to additional fees if they are offered -
please inquire at booking. Total tax is 13.6% on all
lodging & rates and policies can change without
notice.
All Keys and all Keycards provided to guests must be left
in room upon departure. Failure to return a Keycard will
result in a $100 charge/keycard and failure to return a
Metal Key will result in a $250 charge and will immediately
be posted to the guests credit card without exception.
Any damaged or missing items in the unit will be reported
and photo documented by the housekeeping staff. Guest will
be held responsible for property damages or missing
inventory items and posted to guest's credit card.
